TechiesTank wants you to shop with confidence and worry less. Our Buyer Protection ensures that your purchases are covered in the event that you encounter a problem.

On time delivery

All products on TechiesTank are guaranteed to be delivered within 60 days. If you buy any product through the site, you are protected if you don’t receive your order on time.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of TechiesTank

Return & Refund

All products on TechiesTank have the return & refund guarantee. Any product bought through the site is protected if the items you received are not as described or is of low quality.
If you agreed with us to return your item. We will pay the return shipping fee, please make sure you first agree on the shipping method and how we will pay you back the shipping fee.
The following situations are not included:
1. An item you claim is not as described, but the we can prove that it is.
2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them.

Return conditions

1. Goods which have been taken out of their original packaging cannot be sold again by the seller and can therefore not be returned.
2. Goods should be returned in the exact same packaging as in which they were received, including accessories, manuals, tags, etc.
3. Goods or accessories which show signs of being used or damaged will not be accepted for return.
4. Goods that have been washed, worn, damaged or had tags removed from, will not be accepted for return.

Refund Request

You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has been completed. You can do this by sending us an email on the contact page with matching email address and order details.
You will be requested to submit as much evidence as you can to prove that the item you purchased is defective.
What we will need from you:

  • A photo or video showing the issue
  • A photo of the shipping label and original packaging
  • To tell us if you prefer a refund or replacement

We will review your claim and contact you if we need more information. If approved, we will arrange a refund or a replacement of the defective product.
